You’ll find Arabba at the foot of the Sella group, surrounded by the most beautiful Dolomites peaks. Arabba is at an altitude of 1,602 metres above sea level and is one of the most stunning places in the Alps. It’s the perfect destination for a winter holiday, and has facilities for just about any winter sport imaginable.
BEST VALUE & SKIERS PARADISE
Arabba is the best place to ski from. You are in the centre of the Dolomiti Superski area. It is by far the best place to start and end you day from. Arabba is small in beds compared to other resorts and therefore you will not encounter big queues at the lifts in the morning. Arabba is our base in the Dolomites. It is where we recommend you stay. It is the best value and the best authentic skiing.
SKIING
Arabba is the best place for skiers. Towards the Marmolada Glacier you have the best place to ski in the Dolomites: The Portavescovo runs. Guarenteed the best snow and runs for real skiers. It is often written about Arabba that it is too step to learn how to ski. This however is not true. Arabba is an excellent place to start skiing and also has nice and easy blues.
