True tastes of Dolomites
Every week we organize dinners with local Ladin dishes and traditions. While being active in the mountains you can enjoy the typical Italian food like spaghetti Bolognese or real Lasagne. One evening though you should try the culinary experience with the local alpine food like spinach dumplings, barley soup, pork shank and pork ribs with mountain herbs, polenta (maize porridge) with goulash and you can’t miss the apple strudel of course. The simple traditional recipes were kept for generations and now you can try them all in our Special Ladino evenings. Combined with a local wine you will experience the authentic tastes of the Dolomites.
